The Virginia Chapter covers the areas of  the Commonwealth of Virginia. Our members include practicing attorneys, educators, and historians familiar with Commonwealth law and our rich Virginia heritage.

Issues that members are following during the current Virginia General Assembly session include tuition vouchers, charitable choice, school prayer, and posting of religious content in public settings. Other activities include monitoring local government activities and court actions.
